Sheth C N Vidyalaya in Ambavadi is a co-educational Guajrati & English Medium School in Ahmedabad. The goal of the school is to provide quality education &  to become finest institution for its quality and excellence in Education. Sheth Chimanlal Nagindas Vidyalaya ( Sheth C. N. School )  is one of the oldest educational institutions in Gujarat and granted high school in the Ambavadi area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The school was founded in year 1912 by Indumati Sheth, Education Minister of Gujarat from 1962 to 1967. It is known as “Shantiniketan of the Western India”.

The school is based on Gandhian values and require students to wear Khadi clothes as their uniform. The school is a co-educational K through 12 institution. The campus is spread over 72 acres in area, separate buildings for Kindergarten, Junior-High and High School and It contains kindergarten to 12th grade schools, a Derasar (Jain place of worship), a Fine Arts College, a teachers training college, as well as farms and hostels. The school was selected as a multipurpose school for fine arts under the Government of India scheme. The school is one of the top school in the state of Gujarat and consistently ranks high in academic achievements. The school is particularly famous for the activities in the Prayer Hall.
